That is a discipline, not a filter - so what follows is the size to build at and the five decisions that actually make it read as restrained rather than unfinished.

What makes it work

Give every slide one job A hook, then one point per slide, then an ask. The moment a slide carries two ideas it needs a hierarchy to separate them, and hierarchy is what you were trying to strip out.
Set a wide margin and never break it Pick a margin - around 8 to 10 percent of the slide width - and keep everything inside it on every frame. Consistent breathing room is the single strongest signal that a set was designed rather than assembled.
Two type sizes, one typeface A heading size and a body size, in one family at two weights. Restraint in type does more for a minimal look than any amount of white space, because mismatched fonts read as noise no margin can quiet.
One accent, everything else neutral Black or near-black type on off-white, plus a single accent used once per slide - an underline, a number, a small shape. A second accent halves the weight of the first.
Anchor the same element in the same place Slide numbers, a small logo, the heading baseline: put them at identical coordinates on every frame. Snapping and the alignment guides make this exact, and the swipe stops flickering because nothing jumps between slides.
