What sizes should I post at?

For Instagram, 1080x1350 (4:5) for feed posts and 1080x1920 (9:16) for Stories and Reels covers the majority. Square 1080x1080 is safest on LinkedIn and Facebook. Pinterest prefers 2:3, around 1000x1500.

Will the text still fit?

Text is scaled by font size and measure rather than stretched, so it re-wraps to the new width and stays sharp. A very long headline moving into a much narrower frame is the case to check in the preview before exporting.

How to resize a design for every platform

The same post has to be a 4:5 feed image, a 9:16 Story and often a square as well. Cropping loses the edges of the design and stretching ruins the type, so the layout has to be re-laid out for each shape. Here is how to do that once and get the whole set.

1. Start from a finished design In the editor, open Export and choose "Multi export". It opens in its own tab with your design already loaded, so the editor stays open behind it. You can also open a saved project there directly. It works on a single graphic and on a multi-slide carousel alike.
2. Pick the formats you need Tick the sizes you post in - 4:5 portrait, 9:16 Story or Reel, 1:1 square, Pinterest pin, YouTube thumbnail, wide 16:9. Choose as many as you like; each one is handled separately.
3. Let the layout rescale, not crop Every element keeps its position and size relative to its frame, so a design moved from a square into a tall Story grows to suit the new shape instead of sitting in a band with empty space above and below. Text is rescaled by type size, so it re-wraps and stays crisp rather than turning into stretched glyphs.
4. Check each one before you export The previews show every format at its true shape, side by side. This is the step worth not skipping: a much taller frame can only be filled so far by scaling alone, so if one target looks sparse, open it in the editor and move a couple of elements rather than shipping it.
5. Export the set Export writes one image per format (one per slide per format for a carousel), named by format so the zip sorts itself. Everything renders on your device - nothing is uploaded.
